pak07 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak07 ("pak07", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the pak07 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pak07 platform and close your account if one has been opened. pak07 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pak07, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from pak07 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that it is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan before participating.

pak07 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.Account Rules

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) pak07 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your pak07 account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Promptly notifying pak07 if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

pak07 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials, including but not limited to your JazzCash or Easypaisa linked account details.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on pak07 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are available subject to the limits and processing times displayed in the Cashier:

• JazzCash – Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: Rs 500.
• Easypaisa – Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: Rs 500.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) – Processing time: 1–24 hours depending on the transaction and receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard – Subject to standard card processing times.
• USDT TRC20 – Converted to PKR at the confirmed exchange rate displayed at the time of transaction.

pak07 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to satisfactory identity and payment verification. Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.

5.Gaming Rules and Betting

All games available on pak07 – including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sports), fishing games, and video poker – are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting market. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

General gaming rules applicable across all pak07 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak07 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets or completed game rounds except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a software malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• pak07 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings from bets exceeding stated maximums may be capped at the maximum payout applicable to the relevant game.
• Progressive jackpot games display current jackpot values in PKR equivalent. Jackpot values may fluctuate due to exchange rate adjustments where the underlying jackpot is maintained in a foreign currency by the game provider.

6.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak07 and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform without prior written consent from pak07.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game.
• Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform software for financial gain.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of a third party, including acting as an agent for other players.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent payment details.
• Attempting to access another player's pak07 account without authorisation.

7.Responsible Gaming

pak07 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pak07. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use the self-exclusion facility immediately and seek professional support. pak07 encourages all players to gamble only with amounts they can afford to lose and to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the pak07 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface design, is the intellectual property of pak07 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak07 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of pak07 content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak07 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or linked payment methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Actions taken by pak07 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account verification, suspension, or closure procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Account Closure and Termination

You may close your pak07 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to pak07) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

pak07 may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pak07 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
• pak07 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.

11.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pak07 shall first be referred to pak07 customer support for resolution. pak07 aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
